Compile Error - DistMon (XP SP-2)

    Howdy
When I open and exit Excel, I receive an error message
    stating:

Microsoft Visual Basic: Compile Error in Hidden Module: DistMon.

    Any ideas?

    Currently Running:

    Windows XP SP-1
    Office XP SP-2
    DOCS Open 3.9.6 Build 51
    DeltaView 2.81.2922 SR-2
    Adobe 5.0.5
    McAfee 7.0.0

Thanks, I do appreciate al of the help. However, I discovered this KB yesterday, but we are not running Norton but McAfee.

But have you tried Jan Karel Pieterse's star post? The cause of your problem is most likely something that is loaded automatically with Excel; following the steps in the 'Systematic Approach' will enable you to isolate the problem.
