What kind of form do you mean? A form in a Word document itself? In that case, display the Control Toolbox toolbar, and click the radio button on that toolbar.

Or do you mean a UserForm created in the Visual Basic Editor? Click the radio button on the Toolbox, then click on the UserForm, or drag a rectangle.

Good work Sia - I knew I set that assignment for a reason.

Try looking in the Control Toolbox toolbar rather than the Forms toolbar. The radio buttons need the same GroupName to work in one OR other mode (right click and choose properties).

This is above and beyond the requested task though I'm happy you are asking.

Background: I set an assignment for my students and Sia found the right place to ask the question. Whadda yah reckon - Bonus Marks?

ROTFL!
Where/ what do you teach Andrew? I thought I saw a reference to you being in McKinnon... the pub used to be my watering hole whilst growing up in the area. Last time I was there it was for the $10 fisherman's basket on a Tuesday night. Not half bad for the price either.

I haven't been to the pub recently so I don't know about the fisherman's basket but I still live in McKinnon.

I have a sideline job teaching at Swinburne University in Hawthorn one night a week. The subject I teach is for Postgraduate students and is titled 'Software for Technical Communicators'. This week is our mid-session break and Sia must have caught up on the homework enough to go surfing the web. I'll make sure I post more homework next session. That ought to keep them too busy to go surfing.
