    slider control (VB6)

I would like to know how I can get the slider control to display the value in percentage format. All I get is simply the number.

    thanks

    Re: slider control (VB6)

Is this the "Microsoft Slider Control, version 6.0"? Frankly, I don't see a way to control those "slide-up"/"slide-down" value labels with any of the exposed properties. Is there any documentation for this control on http://msdn.microsoft.com/? All I found was this page. I suppose you could write code to detect the mouse down, change, and mouse up events and show your own messages. It seems like a lot of work...

From "this page" you can find info about the properties, methods and events of a slider. The Value property is an Integer; I don't think there is any (built-in) way to format it as a percentage.
