    WordArt (2002 and 2000)

Is it possible to anchor word art to a certain spot or to group it with something else (like a table) or to put it into the cell of a table? Every time I open the file, it has moved back to the top of the page.

I have Word 2000. Depending upon what you want to accomplish, you can right click the border, choose Format/WordArt & under Layout tab, change it to Inline with text. You could then leave it or place it inside a table cell. If you want it to move with a table etc., you need to move the anchor to that paragraph. You can see the anchors by selecting the Word Art.

The other thing you can do is on the Format/wordArt/Layout tab, click Advanced. You can then give the Word Art an absolute position relative to the page or a position relative to a paragraph. You can also lock the anchor to a paragraph so that it will always be relative to that paragraph.
    Hope this helps,
