    Windows 2000 Professional

Is there a way to revive msconfig in Windows 2000? I want to put Outlook in the startup to run automatically on startup, but without msconfig am not sure of how. Is there another way? Is there a way to revive msconfig anyhow? I have tried several methods including the method below to no avail:
If you want msconfig for 2000, then try this:

    1. Download the two files from these locations
    http://www.iwebsitedesign.net/techn...ds/msconfig.chm
    http://www.iwebsitedesign.net/techn...ds/msconfig.exe

    2. Put both of these files into C:winntsystem32
(asuming C is your install drive)

Any ideas here to get the Selective Startup option back in my grasp? Yes, I have Admin rights. I suppose I could always drop Outlook into the Start up folder, and give that a try...but where is msconfig...is it gone?
