    Address Format

I would like to change the way Outlook enters City and State format. Example: Mayville NY 14757. Outlook enters it as Mayville, NY 14757. I want it to be Mayville NY 14757. No comma after City. I tried to change it in Outlook but then when I bring it into Word it reformats with the comma!!

Just frustrating I can't control the format.

if you are using it in word, change the merge setup. create your own autotext address format.

    otherwise, you can't.

    MJ,

Thanks for the information. I searched MSKB before but didn't find anything. That works good for formating into Word.
