    Hi there,

I have a problem with a user on the network that keeps dropping their network printers and sometimes there network drives. They are using a new Dell desktop pc, I have checked all connections and they seem to be ok. Im out of ideas.....

Anyone with any ideas, i would love to here them.

I've got the exact same problem with all three brand-new Dells, and have been blaming it on XP. Rebooting several times while cursing has been successful for the most part, but would love to solve the problem once and for all.

Hi, What error are you getting in Event Viewer for this? I have just managed to fix a problem where my laptop was intermittently losing all network connections .
