What is the full message displayed in the BSOD?

    Most BSOD are hardware related.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    BSOD -

"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

A device driver attem[ting to corrupt the system has been caught. The faulty driver currently on the kerbal stack must be replaced with a working version."

Goes on to ask for check of any new hardware / software installation - There has been no new hardware installed and no software updates for a month. Last software installed was HPRecordNow 4.56. System has been running fine until about a week ago.

Techincal Information - at bottom of screen

    STOP oxc4 (0x81,ox82828049A,0x8A,0x00)
