Large Message Folder set up by Default? (OutlookXP/sp2)

Am I to understand that Outlook creates a rule and sub folder from the inbox when messages or attachments of 50mb are received? I was told this default rule was applied in Outlook 2000 application.

Woe unto him who sends me a 50MB message. I would hope an intervening mail server would just reject it with a note that the sender must be insane.

    As for your question, sorry, I have no idea. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

it's only for offline users and the limit is configurable - most people use much lower than 50 mb. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

it's possible a custom app created their own rules to handle large attachments, if so, you'll need to contact the developer.

Thank you both. It is still a mystery why users who share LAN Drives ....don't share? Thanks again for all your help.
