    Custom Toolbars (OutlookXP)

I want to put a combo box on a custom toolbar to view Calendar items by Category. How do I do this?
Also, how do I distribute to other users the custom toolbars in Outlook. Do I have to distribute the vbpProject.OTM?
    Thanks.

    Re: Custom Toolbars (OutlookXP)

toolsbars are in outcmd.dat. You can drag the view tool button from Tools, Customize - look for the commands on the Advanced toolbar commands. Or just show the advanced toolbar.

if you try to replace user's outcmd, you'll erase their customizations. I think you can use policies to show the Advanced toolbar without messing up the user's toolbars.

MaryJ. Thanks again. That helps a lot.

One further question about categories, when I edit my category list, is it possible to give my categories to someone else as a list? Or does this require a change to the Master Category List?

    Thanks
