How to show extended durations? (XP)

    Hi,

We cannot specify a project duration of greater than 100%. But what if a project extends beyond the expected duration? How can we show this project was extended in MSProjectXP?

    mq:

You should save WITH a baseline before entering actual figures. If a project extends beyond the estimated duration, the difference can be viewed using the Varience table (View/Table/Varience).
(One way of entering actuals is to use the Tracking table.)
