Like many, I have been looking for years to find a good method or product to create linked tasks and subtasks in Outlook to manage simple projects where using Project is overkill. I am surprised -- and not surprised -- that Microsoft has not addressed this shortcoming given how many times it has appeared in user groups and in magazines.

I am familiar with the products offered by FranklinCovey, David Allen, Automation Center, Project Kickstart, and Outlook4Team.

I am also familiar with using a cascading subject line as a workaround:

Is there anything new -- either a new products or a new workaround -- that enhacnces Outlook task handling?
