    pack and go (2000)

    Good evening

    I am a complete novice with PowerPoint but have managed to make (in my own inflated opinion) a pretty neat presentation. I am now trying to use the 'pack and go'feature', it seems to go all right until it asks for the the target destination, I select C but it does not ask me for an alternate name for my presentation, it seems to pack and go but I have not got a clue where it goes.

    Sorry to be a right bozo and the answer as usual will be obvious, but where is it?

    Cheers in advance

    Steve

    (Just of for bottle 3 of Pinot Gregio, PowerPoint always looks so much better);

    The Pack and Go wizard creates two files:

    - A "packed" version of your presentation with extension .ppz
    - An "unpack" application Pngsetup.exe

    By searching for either of these (Start | Find), you will find the packed presentation.

    Next time, go easy on the Pinot Grigio and pay attention to the Wizard; after you select a path, it will display it in one of the following steps, I think - it does in PowerPoint 2002. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

    Thank you, things are certainly easier with a clear head.
