User level securiti will not work (MS Access 2002)

    Hi!

I created new workgroup file. Set password for admin account. In database removed admin from admins group. created new owner, and set it owner of all objects, too. I created a user who has a right to read only one table in database. As a result I can logon to the database. As I logon as the lastly described I can change everything. What could be wrong.

    Please help!

    Hi!

I noticed that two discusssions about access security are active just now. I'll try the link
ACC2000: Microsoft Access Security FAQ Available in Download Center
    supposed earlier here.

And "The Secrets of Security" from http://www.access-experts.com/ is very good link

Here are clickable links, in case others are interested:

Note: you can create a clickable link by placing <!t><!/t> before, and <!t><!/t> after an URL, or like this: <!t><!/t>description<!t><!/t>. You can also insert these markup tags from the 1-Click TagPanel. See <!help=19>Help 19<!/help> for more info.
