As far as I know, it's all good!

(In migrating to Office XP on Windows XP, I lost the Century Schoolbook truetype font. Not sure if this happens with Office 2000 on Windows XP, or whether it would make any different to you or your user.)

    BellaLuna--

You can install Office 2000 on Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6 (SP6),1 Windows 2000, or Windows XP or later. It'll breath well. These are the environments for Different Office Versions to "keep breathin" well.

For Office XP you need Win 98 or 98SE, ME, NT, 2K, XP or later.

For MOS 2003 you need Windows 2000 SP3 at least, Windows XP or later.

Thanks for the replies. So if I understand correctly the Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) will work the same as it appeared on Windows 2000 operating system?

Yes mam. There are sometimes issues that come up with details from one OS to another Bella and more of them like anything else when the OS is new or the Office version is new, but you're taking your Office 2000 from Win 2K and putting it on Win XP and this will work just fine. While there are differences, at the important points Win 2K and Win XP are very alike.

Just want to remind you that MS is beefing up their efforts to start librarying and depositing tutorials on their Office sites.
