Forcing Excel to open at specific sizes (97 & 2000)

I am using Excel to create some screen shots for a Statistics book I am writing. I often times don't want Excel to fill the entire screen when I take the screen shot so I click on the RESTORE button and then manually adjust the size. The problem is, I would like to be more consistent. The RESTORE button always restores to the last size. Would it be possible to create say small, medium, and large sizes and have some way of adjusting Excel's screen size to each of those as the situation required?

Not sure if you mean the entire XL workbook or just the worksheet grid so here is both

This will set the worksheet "grid"

Sub SetWksWindow()
With ActiveWindow
.WindowState = xlNormal
.Width = 400
.Height = 300
End With
End Sub

This will set the application itself

Sub SetXLWindow()
With Application
.WindowState = xlNormal
.Width = 500
.Height = 300
End With
End Sub
