Display query criteria in report (Access2002)

I want to display in a report header the user entered criteria for the query used to generate a report. Currently the report is called by a macro with the query criteria copied and pasted from a list box selection on a form

You can put a text box on the report with as control source the criteria expression preceded by =. For example, if you have a condition [Forms]![frmMyForm]![lstMyListBox] in the query, you can use

    =[Forms]![frmMyForm]![lstMyListBox]

as control source of the text box on the report.
