    reminders in shared calendar (2000)

    In an attorney's office with 4 users, they use a calendar set up for a ficticious 5th user as the 'office' calendar. All appointments with clients are entered on that calendar. The problem is that a user cannot receive a reminder for an appointment on that calendar. Any creative suggestions for setting up a calendar to be shared by a group of people (including reminders)?

    You won't be able to do this with native Outlook, and the development effort isn't worth it for a 1-off like this. But there are add-in products that will do what you want for very little cost. c.f. http://www.slovaktech.com/remindermanager.htm .
