    Free/Busy not available (Outlook 2002, SP-2)

We're running OL2002, SP2 over WinXP SP1. When scheduling a meeting request only backward hashmarks appear for attendees but only starting on Dec 1, a little over a month from now. Up until Dec. 1 all attendee free/busy information is available. I haven't been able to find the source of the problem. Free/busy, by default, should show for up to 36 months into the future as far as I know. We connect to an Exchange 5.5 server.

Andrew, Free-Busy can be set by the user under Tools | Options | Calendar Options | Free/Busy Options | Publish 'n' months of calendar Free/Busy information on the Server. If the rollout to users set 1 month as the default, that could be a problem. Check with some of these users.

Thanks, John. You lead me to it.
