    SnapShot (XP)

I am new to XP. So far I have fixed quite a few things. But there is 1 thing driving me nuts
and that is the "snapshots" it takes of my PC every 3 seconds. Is there some way of changing
how often it snaps pictures? Any help would be very nice. Thank you, Kathy

Can you expand on that? - this is a new one one me!
Are you saying some screen-grabber is running?

Right-click on an empty spot on the Taskbar and select TaskManager, click on the Processes tab, sort by CPU and this should show you what program is calling the shots!

I have noticed on the MS download site that there is a free 'Snapshot Viewer', I beleive its purposes is to take snapshots of dbs and presentations to show on systems that do not have office, they will not however work on PC's without office only display. I wonder if this is whats been downloaded, I have not tried it so I can't really comment.

The Snapshot Viewer is an adjunct to Microsoft Access. It can only be used to view Access reports that have been exported to a special snapshot format; users don't need to have Access installed to use the Snapshot Viewer.
This Snapshot Viewer doesn't make snapshots.
