Reset the Style and Formatting Task Pane (Word 2002/SR2)

Is there a way to reset the Styles and Formatting Task Pane back to the default "views"? I was playing with the Custom options, yesterday, and ended up seeing All Styles no matter which "view" I selected from the "Show" drop down list.

Re: Reset the Style and Formatting Task Pane (Word

I don't have Word 2002, but I would guess that you could do it with Word closed & renaming normal.dot to normal.old. When you restart Word, it will rebuild normal.dot.
Hope this helps,

HansV posted this article the other day, but it doesn't seem to apply directly to any task panes other than the File>New one. Oh well, I'll post it again for reference: INFO: Customizing the Microsoft Office XP Task Pane (MSKB 288542)
