Adding data to Pivot Table (2000)

I have a pivit table which uses apprximately 100 rows of data. I will add 100 more rows of data each day. How do I update the pivot table to include the new day's data?

    Thanks!

When you specify the data range for your pivot table, include the blank row immediately below the data. It might help if you shade the row a different color. Then each day, make sure you insert your new data above this colored row. Then right-click on the pivot table and choose Refresh Data.

I just thought of an even better idea. If you'll notice, the solution I gave earlier will give you an item labeled (blank) in your pivot table. You could specify your data range as you normally do, but insert your new data at the top (i.e. between the field labels and the first record).
