Pivot Table -Dates go Awry (Excel 2002 SP-2)

I have an existing pivot table that when I refreshed the data, the month columns went out of order. Instead of going from Apr -Aug, Jun and July became transposed. Any ideas on how to fix?

Change July to Jul. Excel understands the 3-letter designation and sorts by month. If you put in "July" it treats it as a text and not a month and puts it at the end
