    File Manager Replacement

Any Loungers care to suggest a replacement for the default Windows File Manager? One feature I'd like to have is the ability to add notes for any file, to show up as a column in the display.
    The OS is Windows 2000.
    Thanks in advance.

    Re: File Manager Replacement

There is a lot of different file managers available on the internet.

For example, try this: Freeware File Managers

Only one thing: this stuff is not a replacement, only an addition to native Windows File Manager.
