    Strange Bullet Spacing? (XP)

    Hi,

The attached screen-shot shows how 2 different bullet points have different spacing.
How can I make them all the same?

    Thanks.

If the numbering was applied using a style, modify the numbering properties of the style. Otherwise, modify the numbering properties directly. In both cases, click Customize... in the Bullets and Numbering dialog, and set the "Tab space after" property to a larger value, it works best if "Tab space after" and "Indent at" are equal.

    Hi,

    Thanks.

The attached scrn. shot shows my entries are the same for these trouble-numbered points.

    What else can I try?

Are you sure these settings are the same for all numbered paragraphs? This dialog shows numbering starting at 10, so your selection when making the screenshot started at #10.
With the settings in your screenshot, I can only get the text to misalign if I use a large font size (15 points or more); in that case, the tab and indent must both be set to a larger value, for example 1.5 cm. Alternatively, you can try setting the alignment for the numbers to Right.

It probably is the tab stop position. It appears to be far enough over for one-digit numbers, but not two-digit numbers.
