    change toolbar (Office 2000)

    Hello all, when I change my toolbar's in word/powerpoint and i restart the pc the toolbar is normal again.... I have already delete but this doesn't work. Does somebody know how my options get saved??? thanks

    If you are on a network, the network administrator may have installed a policy that prevents you from saving customizations.

    Try the following:
    <UL><LI>In Word, select Tools | Options...
    <LI>Activate the Save tab.
    <LI>Tick the "Prompt to save Normal template" check box.
    <LI>Click OK
    <LI>Select Tools | Customize...
    <LI>Make sure that the "Save in" box at the bottom of the Customize dialog shows
    <LI>Make a small change to a toolbar (drag a new button onto the toolbar, or move a button to another location).
    <LI>Click Close.
    <LI>Quit Word.
    <LI>Do you get a message box "Changes have been made that affect the global template, Do you want to save those changes?", with Yes, No and Cancel buttons?
    <LI>If so, click Yes.
