    Bottom Margin (Word 2002)

I have a 1 inch margin on the bottom of my document. When I print it - the bottom margin is about 2 inches and cuts off my data. Help

    Re: Bottom Margin (Word 2002)

Do you have something in the footer of your document? The footer may expand to exceed the margin. Another thing to check: Do you have any graphics or text boxes in the document, especially in the footer? A blank text box may cause it to change. If this doesn't solve it, why don't you post the document, or at least the first page (after overtyping anything confidential) here?
    Cheers,
