Bottom Margin Problem Continued (Word 2002)

When I print this document out, Page 2 and 3 don't go to the bottom margin. Why? Help.

If you turn on the Show/Hide button, you will see that you have empty paragraph marks between certain paragraphs. The text is going to the margin; it just looks like it doesn't because of the empty paragraphs. It would be better to use styles & to format spacing using space above or space below, to separate your paragraphs.
    Cheers,

P.S. Is this the same problem you mentioned in <post#=309894>post 309894</post#>? You received two replies there, but never responded.

I tried using Autoformat and it still doesn't work.

    Autoformat will not work.
    1. Click the Show/Hide button on the standard toolbar (the one that looks like a backwards P) so you can see formatting marks.
    2. Put the cursor in front of the two paragraph marks preceding "Library Committee" & delete them.
    3. Put the cursor in front of meeting adjourned & press the backspace key twice.

You should format your paragraphs with space above or space below by using styles that contain these attributes...such as body text. You should not press <enter> to create a space between paragraph marks, or this will happen.
    Cheers,
