    Last page (Access 2K)

    I have a report, showing details of payments made on various accounts. Some accounts have many payments so the report for those accounts can run into more than one page. Is there a way to show the balance only on the last page for each account?

    I don't know if I understand your question.

    If you open the report in design view, and activate the Sorting and Grouping window (View menu or toolbar button), you can specify that you want to have a group footer for Account. You can put the balance in this group footer; it will automatically be displayed after all records for the account.
