To copy with the hidden rows, rt-click the worksheet tab
move or copy
check "create a copy"
<ok>
To copy a region and NOT copy the hidden items:
Select the range
Edit - goto - special
check "visible cells only"
<ok>
edit -copy
Go to the sheet to copy
edit -paste
