Look for a file named Excel10.xlb. On my Windows XP system, it is in Cocuments and Settings<username>Application DataMicrosoftExcel; in older Windows versions, the location will probably be different. The .xlb file contains all toolbar customizations and custom lists.

Search on the C: drive for *.xlb It might be something with your username

Have you selected "Show hidden files and folders" in Control Panel|Folder Options? Also, if you are running Windows XP, have you extended your search options to include Hidden Files and Folders? Excel10.xlb lives in a hidden folder. It is automatically generated when you cusotmise toolbars etc.
