Pasting a portion of a Tracked Changes doc (XP)

Is it possible to paste a *portion* of a tracked changes document into an empty document and still retain the tracked changes? A user needs to email only a portion of the document to a client and still retain the tracked changes. Any help is appreciated. thanks.

Why not save the entire document under a new name and then delete the parts you don't want?

There is a way to copy tracked changes into a new document. You need to highlight the portion you want to copy and select Ctrl + F3 "cut to spike". Immediately undo as it cuts the text not copies it from the document. Then move to the new document and select Ctrl + Shift + F3 which is "paste from spike".
