    Missing/broken cx.ocx file (Access 2002 on WinXP SP1)

I'm getting a message that I have a missing or broken reference to cw.ocx with a dbase created in Access 97 and converted to Access 2002. Everything seems to be working OK but am I missing something vital?

I can't find any reference to cw.ocx in relation to Access. If your database doesn't contain a custom control, just remove the reference:
    - Activate the Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11)
    - Select Tools | References...
    - Clear the check box for all references starting with MISSING.
    - Click OK.
    - Select Debug | Compile <project> to test if there are syntax errors.

Thanks for quick response, Hans. I've done as you suggested and there was a reference beginning MISSING. The pesky critter appears to have gone away. Very much obliged!
