    E-Mail Form (Access 97)

Under Microsoft Outlook, you can go to "Compose" then "Choose Form..." then to "Functional Request". This brings up an actually sheet that looks like a working form within the e-mail.
Is there anyway to have a form that has been created within a database to be loaded into an e-mail and sent. Then when someone recieves the e-mail, the form appears, which would allow them to make entries or just modifications that would ultimately update the underlying database's tables.

No, an Access form can't "live" outside a database. You would have to send the database, ask them to return the database, and somehow merge the versions.
