    Charting Question (2000)

I'm trying to chart Favorable/Neutral/Unfavorable responses to a series of questions year on year. I'd like to have 2 stacked bars side by side for each question (year 1 and year 2). I can adjust the number of categories between tick marks and tick mark labels, but I'd like the 2 bars for one question side by side, like a nonstacked bar chart. Is this possible? If so, please help!

Double click one of the series. (Take care that you don't select a single data point)
Activate the Options tab in the Format Series dialog.
Set the Gap Width to 0.
Does that do what you want?

That puts all bars side by side. Is there a way to set it up so that there is a gap between the categories only? In other words, 2 stacked bars for question 1, a gap, 2 stacked bars for question 2, and so forth...?

    Thanks

    X-Category:
Put the2 labels, a blank row, the next 2 labels, a blank row, etc

    Y-Value1: the lower values
Put the2 Lower values, a blank row, the next 2 lower values, a blank row, etc

Y-Value2: The difference between the high and low values (for the stack)
