Customize Outlook Today doesn't work (Outlook 2000)

Hi gang, can't get outlook 2000 "Customize Outlook today..." to open or do anything.Have attached picture of my existing Home page showing reference to "Personal Folders" which I also don't want there.
Have read a message where somone else had this problem with Outlook 2002 and was refered to KB article OL2002 but I don't know if this article also pertains to Outlook 2000.This article previously publish as Q305970.Note,in my folder properties box,Home page tab, browse and Reset Default are greyed out!
Any help with this would certainly be appreciated, tnx,

Thank you HansV, I didn't want to customize the page anyway. It's more important to know what caused it.Don't like disabeling the patch either.Maybe some day Microsoft will fix it with a new patch!
    Thanks again,

FWIW, in most cases the articles do apply to all versions although in this case i would guess it was the recent internet explorer patch that did you in.

Yes MaryJ, found that out yesterday. No problem as long as I know what caused it.
