    PowerPoint (MicroSoft Office 2000 SR-1)

Is there a way to have the datasheet in PowerPoint Presentation to do sums on the columns, as well as other formulas. I know how to do this in Excel, but my boss has the graph and data sheet completed and just wants it to automatically total the columns

I don't know of any way in PowerPoint - I don't believe it has a calculation engine. The way to accomplish that is to build the datasheet in Excel, and then embed the worksheet in Powerpoint as an Excel object. If anyone has info to the contrary, please feel free to correct me.
