Generate Task Item from message (Outlook XP)

Does anyone know of a way (other than copy and paste) to generate a Task from an e-mail message? Of course you can flag for follow-up, but these never show up on a todo list. I would love to be able to right-click on a message and generate a task based on the content of the message.

I've been faking this, to some degree by assigning categories to projects, and generating lists to organize my work, but I'd prefer something a bit more straight forward.

If you drag the message to the Task folder, a new task will be created which will inherit the subject and body of the message, but you will need to manually set any other Task fields.
