    Distribution Lists

I posted the following: I am trying to figure out how to create a distribution list that everyone can use. I have a group set up in Exchange that includes all users in a certain department. They would like to include an outside e-mail address. The only way I can figure out how to do this is by using a distribution list, but how do I allow all users to access it. I can only find adding a personal distribution list.

OldDog responded: You will need to add the others to Exchange as external recipients. That's out of scope for this forum, but you can try the Exchange Server forum. Once those folks are in there, they can be added to your Exchange DL. By default these lists are usable by everyone on the site. I know this doesn't answer your question completely, but maybe it's a running start.

    How do I do this?

    Re: Distribution Lists

The only way I know of to set up a distribution list as you describe is to add it to the Global List. AFAIK this is done server side.
