    line across page

In Word, you can get a line extending across the page by typing in three dashes and then pressing the Enter key. But how can you delete such lines?? Normal techniques for deletion do not seem to work!

    Re: line across page

    Hello rayb,

To remove the line, do the following:
    - put the cursos just above the line
    - in the menu Format, Borders and shading
    - select on the tab Borders the setting None and press [OK]

    That's all
    Greetings,
