    Inbox Problem (Outlook 2000 sp1)

I have a client, for whom I configured the computer. It's Win XP Pro with all updates. Office 2000 Pro Sp1. All was okay for several weeks. All of a sudden whenever she replies to a message, it disappears from her Inbox. If I do a find all messages from sender it shows in the results box, but the message does not appear in the Inbox.

    Help!

Must be a view issue, but I don't know whether this is an actual option for the view or a symptom of a corrupted view. If resetting the view does not show all messages, there is a startup switch, perhaps /CleanViews, that will forcibly reset all the views. Some customizations will be lost in that process, but I don't know which ones.

In particular is her View, Current View, set to UNread messages only? Does she now have enough messages that based on the sort order they are dropping out of sight in the Inbox Folder view even though they are still there?

    John:

Sorry I took so long to reply. Your suggestion worked immediately. I kept missing it.
