    Confidential Tags (XP-2003 maybe more)

Ive just had an incident where an email has been sent to me, it has been tagged confidential. But as I read 90% of my email in preview mode I didn't know about the tag and sent it on to someone I shouldn't have.
Is there anyway to see these tags from preview mode (automatically would be nice). I don't want to make the same mistake again, and I know there were very few people who got the email who saw the tag.

Hoping this in not a bug/feature
    Howie

You can display the sensitivity field as a column in list view. That's all I know of. Right click on a column header and select field chooser. Sensitivity is on the default list.

Thanks for the suggestion, you set me thinking, and found that I can right click on the preview pane and it has an option to show headers, which then shows the sensitivity.
Something I will keep turned on, but hope people realise this is a problem if you rely on the sensitivity flags.
Unless users have headers turned on in preview mode (not the default) sensitivity flags are not seen by the reader.

    It's a problem if you send e-mail, flags or no flags. <img src=/S/wink.gif border=0 alt=wink width=15 height=15>

Which is why all users in my training classes are instructed to type CONFIDENTIAL: in the subject line when appropriate... and so it can be seen BEFORE the e-mail is read... The trainer demonstrates sensitivity flags...and the trainees nod and say, "mm hmmm." What if the person who shouldn't see it is standing RIGHT THERE?
