    Address Books w/in Envelopes

Just tried searching the message base, and I did not see an answer to this one.

Using: Windows 2000, Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1), logged into a NT 4.5 network with Exchange.

Making an envelope (Tools, Env and Labels), I want to use the address book to store and recall names. Word defaults to Global Address List. Instead, I would like to use my Contacts from Outlook 2000, which is accessible from the drop list next to Show Names from:

Is there any way to make my Contacts from Outlook the default selection instead of Global Address List.

Thanks for help on the subject.

    Michael (Tex)

What if you change the address book order in Outlook?

That was close, but it did point me in the right direction. All I had to change from there was: Show this address list first: (for the mail addresses), and Keep personal addresses in: (for the return addresses).

    Thank you for your help! <img src=/S/cheers.gif border=0 alt=cheers width=30 height=16>
