Email sections of a access report (Access XP)

Hi there,
I have a report that contains many company divisions that are grouped. On my database switchboard, I want a button that will email the sections (divisions) of the report to the apprpriate areas. How would I go about it, do i need to sub divide the report first. How would the code look like that will do this task.

There is no way to send only one section of a report. You will have to use code to open the report once for each division, displaying only the records for that division. See <post#=275460>post 275460</post#> for a code example.

If you use Outlook, you'll run into problems if you try to send e-mails programmatically. See <post#=286364>post 286364</post#> later in the same thread for workarounds.
