    Internet Explorer (Any)

Anyone knows how to stop IE to "steal" focus from other applications when in "Full Screen View"?

I know 'full screen' means just that, but any window that's opened AFTER IR is loaded can't get focus, so you don't really know if the click worked, unless you ALT-TAB between open applications.

    Thanks in advance.

    Nestor--

There may be other ways R2 and some people use to control focus. I don't know of any checkbox on the Advanced Tab of Options that does this, but the way I like to have control is using Tweak UI.

I also remember getting another tweak mechanism that has to do with tenths of a second--it could be from Kelly's XP or one of the several Tweak XP or Tweak IE (in case you had a different OS) apps I have--it always reminds me of a head fake in basketball because you can just point the mouse in a direction and it will change window focus and I'll look for this also, because I have it in effect from somewhere. Maybe someone can come up with that.

I wonder if their is a reg setting and later with time, I'll look. If you are not using Tweak UI it can do some very convenient things for you from the gui and there is one that has a second newer version for Windows XP and I have the older one (1.33 not the older XP because it is recommended you uninstall the first XP version when you install the second).

I haven't finished searching, because I want to go through a few IE Tweak programs which of course work for the most part if not in all situations through reg edits, but here is a regedit that may also help you and if you need sites for Tweak UI please tell me:

Change the Application Focus Settings (All Windows)

Reset Internet Explorer Window Location (All Windows)

Display the Contents of Moving Windows While Dragging Them
