    Default font size (6.0.2800.1106.xpsP2.030422-1633)

Previously had arranged default setting so that, on loading Internet Explorer, the default font size was "smaller". After recently updating IE, and then installing Office 2003, with latest update, the desired font size setting was lost. I do not remember how I had done it originally. Can anyone help me with the steps to get this setting back again ?

View | Text Size (in Internet Explorer); the setting should be sticky. If you have a wheel mouse, Ctrl+scroll wheel will change text size too.

    Barry--

This may be related to the problem and solution with versions of Outlook changing the font size in versions of IE. I like one of the workaround/advantages that Hans referred to and use it as my default which is to put a check in ignore font size in accessibility, and then when there is the extremely rare few times a year site that has been designed so text overlaps, I take the check out if I have to. I like the ability to rheostat my text size particularly when confronted with long lists and small fonts by design. This may help as a way to fix this however:
