macro (excel 2002)

What statement can I put in a macro to make it start in a particular cell upon ending. When I kick off the macro it sometimes goes into debug and when I place the cursor on the first field I no longer get the debug error. Thanks in advance

range("a1").select

    If in a particular sheet

sheets("Sheet1").select
    range("a1").select

So put the range statement at the very end before the end sub text ?

Yes, If you want the last thing the macro to do is to select that range.
So right before the macro ends, the range will be selected.
