    E-mailing Calenders (2000 S/R 1)

Is there a way to e-mail an Outlook calender to another Outlook user?

Select File | Import and Export...
Select Export to a File and click Next
Select Personal Folders (*.pst) and click Next.
Select Calendar in the Folder tree.
If you like, you can save subfolders too (if any), and set a filter, then click Next.
If you wish, change the path and or file name for the file to be exported; note path and name in any case, then click Finish.
You can e-mail the resulting .pst file (it will take up less room if you zip it)

The recipient can open the .pst file.

What about clicking on the calendar, then selecting the file pull-down menu in Outlook, click on Save as web page.
