    Individual Message (OL2003/All?)

    Hi,

I would like to send email to a group but do not want to divulge the full recipient email list. I had been sending message to 1 address with the group BCC'd to acheive this.
Is it possible to have OL send an individual message to each member of a group similar to how the mailing list software can do? I was hoping to to be able to acheive this with OL and avoid using mailing list SW (and having ANOTHER email address list to keep UTD!!!)

    TIA

    NW

Coordinating Outlook and Microsoft Word, you can "merge" a message to a list. Since this keeps changing in each version of Office, check out the online help in Outlook and Word to see your options (e.g., mail format options, whether you can have an attachment, etc.). Also, try a small test, because there could be security prompts that make it intolerable.
