    Exchange server 200 spam (2000)

This may be old news to everyone else but I just discovered that an email send to XYZ@XYZ.NET will actually be delivered to all users on XYZ. Is there a way to prevent this? We are getting a lot of spam that is addressed to the "domain@domain.net".

Unless the mail server recognizes XYZ as a mailing list, or its "invalid address" rule is to send to everyone, the more likely explanation is that the sender BCC'd the individual addresses. In that case, there's nothing you can do except use a spam filter.
